Global hegemony is a major target for the practice of the religion Islam. This is because there is a specific sense of radicalism in the religion of Islam with respect to trying to make all the individuals in the world follow Islam (Matthews, Noble & Platt, 2014). The way of converting non-Christians is different from the ways of converting in Islam. This is because there is God’s word in the Bible which is told/informed to non-Christians. Thereafter, non-Christians get converted from a desire developed within themselves by getting to know God’s word. However, in Islam, there is political misuse of power to ensure that non-Islamic individuals are forced to convert to Islam. There is persecution of non-Islamic people by radical Islamists and this is considered to be an act of pleasing God.
